All products pass many obligatory testing and measuring procedures during the production process.
Each product is compared with the agreed standard.
Modern measuring methods and devices are used for measuring the units, such as SPETRACE 5000 W-Ray analyser, X-RITE and Minolta spectrum photometer, hot stage microscopes, dilatometers; corrosion equipment in our laboratories provides important information regarding the resistance of our products.
During the development and testing of products, we also cooperate with renowned laboratories such as Zkušební ústav lehkého průmyslu Praha (Testing institute for light industry) , VŠCHT Praha and Pardubice (Chemical-technological university), NTÚ Charkov, Státní zdravotní ústav (National health institute) Praha, .....
All production and machine equipment passes regular inspections and checks.
According to the operation number specified on each product, we are able to search and document the whole production process including the preset values for melting, milling, and parameters of required raw materials and their suppliers.
All data are filed in electronic format for many years from the production date.
We require our suppliers of raw materials to deliver the quality attests.
